Introducing The Dollars… A 4-piece all male band based in the Nottinghamshire area.

The Dollars are the perfect choice for any event. Specialising in weddings, private parties and corporate events. All band members are highly skilled and versatile musicians that have an extensive experience when it comes to performing on the stage. They offer you the opportunity to book 4 accomplished musicians to bring to life some of the most great and loved tunes at your party.

Their shows are lively, exciting and varied to suit every guest. Their varied set list is suitable for all tastes; anything from classic artists like The Beatles, The Kinks and Rolling Stones right up to to modern bands Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys and The Killers …plus many more (see set list).

Your Event
Choose between 2 x 45 or 2 x 60 minute sets to suit the style of your event and an additional acoustic set is available too.

Acoustic set
In addition to their normal sets The Dollars can perform an acoustic set. The band play with acoustic guitars and use brushes/hotrods on the drum kit for a more chilled and intimate atmosphere perfect for during drinks or over dinner.

DJ service
The band will happily play background music between sets or can provide a DJ service to keep the party going. This includes:

• Manned laptop with large selection of popular songs
  
• DJ software that allows seamless track play
  
• Requests taken
  
• Basic anouncements made over mic
  

N.B. Due to the fact that the band's ‘in-house’ service is a lot less than a normal DJ would charge it may not be possible for every request to be met. However if you forward any specific requests you’d want the band to include well in advance they will do their best to find them and add them to their collection.

Equipment
The band have invested heavily in the best possible sound gear and use a top of the range 3900 watt RCF PA system with matched subwoofer speakers to provide a deep and true soundatall their events with superior clarity. Their system can easily handle most event types (anything up to 500 guests).

In addition to this other pro equipment they use includes:

They also have their own self contained stage lighting system of; 2 x iSolution multicolour mixer lighting units pointed at band with 'sound to light' control. Plus 2 x iSolution DMX moving heads which can rotate 360 degrees and provide a full built in dynamic lighting show to cover both the stage and dancefloor.

Legal Req's
The Dollars hold public liability insurance cover up to £1000000 and all their electrical equipment is annually P.A.T. tested for safety. (The band can provide copies of these documents should your venue require them).
